Yes. Downloading SafeLi, creating your family emergency profile, and triggering emergency requests is completely free for citizens.

No. SafeLi is built for every person in Zimbabwe. If you have medical aid (such as Cimas or PSMAS), you can securely save your policy number for faster hospital pre-authorization. If you do not have medical aid, SafeLi still dispatches help and routes you to the nearest appropriate facility.

SafeLi uses high-precision phone GPS and cross-references your coordinates against recognized landmarks, major intersections, and suburb hubs across Harare to give responding drivers clear, actionable directions.
